OVERVIEW:

The HT-3020 AC/DC withstand voltage insulation tester is an instrument that integrates multiple testing functions such as electrical strength (AC/DC withstand voltage) and insulation resistance. It is an important testing equipment for various electrical manufacturers and quality inspection departments.

The HT-3020 uses a high-speed microprocessor as the control core and can measure various safety and regulatory parameters of the tested object in real-time. It can complete three tests within 4 seconds, especially meeting the requirements of production lines for fast testing.

The HT-3020 adopts a 5-inch color LCD touch screen, which is easy to operate; Equipped with intelligent upper and lower limit judgment function, it can automatically identify defective products. The entire circuit adopts various anti-interference measures, with strong anti-interference ability. It has both hardware and software protection, greatly improving the reliability of the instrument. Automatic overvoltage and overcurrent protection for safer use.

FEATURES:

HT-3020 can provide 5kVAC/20mA withstand voltage, 6kVDC/10mA withstand voltage, and insulation resistance 1kv/50G Ω testing.

Controllable sine generator: can be set to operate at 50 or 60Hz during AC output, no longer limited by line voltage;

Linear power amplifier: Low distortion of voltage waveform, simple control, and high reliability.

Anti electric shock protection/arc detection/short circuit protection

It can independently conduct AC withstand voltage test, DC withstand voltage test, and insulation resistance test, and can pass the test
