  • Transformer DC Resistance Tester is also known as transformer winding tester, DC resistance tester, which is used to quickly measure the DC resistance of various transformer windings. DC resistance is a must-test item for semi-finished and finished product factory testing, installation, handover testing and preventive testing in the power department during transformer manufacturing. The instrument can effectively detect manufacturing defects of the transformer coil such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, broken wires, and hidden dangers after operation.
  • Transformer DC Resistance Tester is consist of host, test line, USB communication cable, etc. The tester adopts microprocessor technology and measurement with precision 4-wire method. The maximum test current is 10A, featuring fast testing speed, wide measurement range, high precision, resolution of 1uΩ, and accurate and reliable measurement. The instrument has two measurement modes: automatic and manual measurement. The instrument adopt with fast automatic demagnetization technology, users do not need to demagnetize after testing.
  • The instrument has the function of 75℃ conversion resistance calculation, which can compensation and conversion according to the temperature and material of the tested object. The instrument adopt with 5-inch full-colorful high-resolution touch screen, which with backlight adjustment function, clearly visible under strong light. The tester also equipped with large capacity lithium battery and built-in printer, Bluetooth communication, and USB interface. The tester also has function such as automatic discharge, alarm, clock and so on. It is an ideal instrument for quickly measuring the transformer DC resistance.
